(g)  Health Examination for Interscholastic Activities

All participants in middle/high school interscholastic sports must meet the following prerequisite:

  • A physical examination is required every 13 months.  The proper school form must be completed and returned to the school before the student may try out, practice or play.
  • The Athletic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring eligibility requirements are met for all interscholastic athletes.
  • All participants in high school interscholastic sports will make themselves available for impact testing.   The Board stipulates that parents or guardians who do not want their children to be tested must provide a written statement to the Athletic Director prior to the first team practice.
