Announcement

As you may know, the Suffield Board of Education has begun the Strategic Planning Process working to develop district goals that will chart a pathway for continuous improvement for the next 3-5 years. Welcome to the website of the Suffield Public Schools. We encourage you to explore our website to learn more about our programs, achievements, and our goals for the future.  The district consists of four schools serving approximately 2,500 students: Suffield High School and our Regional AgriScience program, Suffield Middle School, McAlister Intermediate School, and A. Ward Spaulding Elementary School.

We provide a rich and rigorous academic foundation designed to give students the skills necessary to thrive in an ever-changing, global society. Our curriculum emphasizes developing 21st Century skills in students, specifically critical and creative thought, problem solving, effective communication, artistic expression, an understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures as well as physical, social, and emotional wellness.
